For those urgent, last-minute floral needs, we provide same-day delivery for orders placed before 2 pm Eastern Time. Choose today's date in the delivery section, and we'll ensure your thoughtful gesture doesn't miss a beat.

If the Recipient is Not Present:
We take extra steps to ensure safe delivery. If the recipient is unavailable, we'll contact you or leave the arrangement in a secure spot, with photo proof provided. A second delivery attempt can be arranged, although an additional fee may apply.

Recipient Contact:
To guarantee successful delivery, we might contact the recipient, unless instructed otherwise. This step ensures a smooth and efficient delivery process.

Delivery Confirmation:

Cancellations:
We understand plans can change. Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before delivery by contacting us directly.

Return & Exchange Policy:
At BettyRegalado.com, we deal in the art of perishables. Our sales are final, with the exception of defective products. Any issues must be reported within 12 hours of receipt, along with a photo of the arrangement.
